Wayne Parsons, President, CEO and Director Mr. Parsons brings over 20 years of experience in the investment business, having worked at BMO, RBC and most recently at National Bank Financial. He has since established a consulting practice focused on the mining sector and provides strategic advisory services to mining companies focused on capital markets strategy, financing execution and investor engagement. Mr. Parsons has served on a number of boards, most recently with Bunker Hill Mining Corp.

Mr. Reid is an Executive Chairman of 55 North Mining Inc. and also serves as a Director. He previously served as President and CEO of Carlisle Goldfields from January 2010 until January 2016, when the company was acquired by Alamos Gold Inc. Mr. Reid is also a Director of several other public mining companies. He was also the Founder, President, and CEO of U.S. Silver Corp. from June 2005 to November 2008. Before that, he played a key role in the start-up, growth, and sale of multiple mining companies, including Western Goldfields, Patricia Mining, and High Plains Uranium. With a 20-year career in Corporate Finance and Mining Investment Research, he has worked with firms such as Nesbitt Thomson, Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon, and Yorkton Securities. In addition, Mr. Reid combines this with direct practice as an Exploration Geologist, working on projects in the Canadian North during the 1970s and early 1980s. His career spans over 45 years of direct and indirect experience in the mining and mineral exploration industry follows graduation with a B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Toronto in 1979 and a finance degree from the University of Windsor in 1982.

Mr. DiGirolamo is a Chartered Professional Accountant and the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. DiGirolamo has over 30 years of senior-level public company experience, including four and a half years as CFO for Carlisle Goldfields Limited, a TSX-listed gold exploration company with projects located in northern Manitoba, Canada, until its sale to Alamos Gold Inc. in January 2016. During this time, he’s held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary with various public and private companies, almost exclusively in the mining sector. Mr. DiGirolamo is currently also CFO for., Puranium Energy Ltd. Over his career, Mr. DiGirolamo has served on the boards of various public and non-profit organizations.
